I love the idea of being creative with sweet flavors and butter and sugar have been in my blood for a long time now.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do mostly pastries; cookies, muffins, Danishes, cupcakes, marshmallows, bear claws, etc..
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That this is a job of perfectionists, so no matter how good it looks, we're rarely happy. As long as the client is, we can live with that.
