Don't hesitate to ask questions. The dessert world can be quite intense! If you don't know what it means when your chocolate is 'tempered' or why the chef prefers whipped cream over meringue, just ask. Every chef has their own tricks of the trade and there is not always one right answer. If you are ever confused, we love to answer pastry questions!
