Kathleen Anderson of Kathleen Klean does excellent work. She has worked for me for two and one-half years, cleaning both my residence and home office. Kathleen has been working for me for about a year. She has exceptional skills, and what she doesn't already know she learns. For example she learned how to refinish furniture so she could make mine look good. Her organizational skills saved my sanity when we moved. She has her own products which are good for the environment as well as effective cleaning agents. She is a real "find." I wouldn't trade her for anyone else.

A good communicator and flexible to the needs of special projects and circumstances. I believe her to be trustworthy and would recommend her without reservation. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted a nice, quiet, meditative job that I wouldn't have to take home with me on the evenings and weekends. I figured I'd do it for a year or two as a sort of time-out. That was over 13 years ago.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go with your gut. I'm not the right cleaner for everyone. Neither is anyone else.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Someone who is self-employed only gets paid when they work. If you cancel your appointment, you just reduced my income for the month. I am usually able to reschedule if you need a different time.
