FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates range from $60–$75/hour, depending on how much support and sorting is needed. If you’re facing decision fatigue, have a high volume of belongings, or want creative solutions, we’ll move at a comfortable pace and that may be closer to $75/hour. Simpler sessions or maintenance “a refresh” type of support can stay around $65/hour. I offer a free, no-pressure virtual consult to understand your needs, energy levels, and any accommodations that help you feel safe and supported. If you require an in-person consult that will come at a fee of $100. We can build in breaks, use low-stimulation approaches, and create session structures that match your capacity. No judgment! Just progress, together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
→ LET’S CONNECT • See if our styles and approach align. • Share what’s working (and what’s not) in your space and what you’d love to achieve. → LOGISTICS • Set a timeline, budget, goals, and deposits that work for both of us. → ALIGNMENT • Co-create your vision! We’ll confirm your style, materials (wood, bamboo, plastic, etc.), and level of involvement — from hands-on to hands-off. → RESEARCH • I’ll source the best options, compare prices (yes, even Marketplace), measure, and plan. → THE MAGIC • We declutter, donate, build, repurpose, and test what works best for your space — and your brain. → THE REVEAL • Enjoy your transformed space! We’ll also talk about habits and systems to keep it that way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As someone who’s neurodivergent, my brain craves order. When something in a space doesn’t have a home, it feels as though it screams at me until it’s handled! lol Understanding how my brain works helped me see why organizing feels so natural. I’ve been bringing calm to chaos since I was a kid. Always helping my mom, friends, and family long before I realized it was my calling. Growing up around clutter made me desensitized to it, yet deeply skilled at creating functional systems. Pair that with my coaching background and genuine love for people, and it’s clear: I was made for this work.
