- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly Pricing: $60/hour for organizing. Optional In-Person Consultation: $150 flat fee. Includes site visit at a scheduled time where we tour and take photos, videos, and measurements of your space in order to provide you an accurate quote and plan. Add-ons: - Handy Person: $50/hour - Donation Drop-off: $60 flat fee - Item Resale: 50% Commission Mileage: Any distance beyond the 20 mile radius of 97223 will be charged a mileage rate of $0.70/mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we begin with a short phone call to discuss your service requested. We will make sure that we are the right fit for your needs and help walk you through the entire process, step by step. There are two directions to take the next step. 1. You can schedule an in-person consultation where we will come to you and discuss your vision of your space. We will tour the area/s that you would like organized, snap photos, and take measurements. We will also talk about your project goals and your desired timeline. 2. You can provide images and/or videos of your space that you would like organized. This is usually the best option if you need just simple organizing without product and design assistance. After you send your images/videos or we complete our in-person consultation, we will get to work putting together an estimate for you. The estimate will include labor, suggested products, and plans for your space. If you decide to work with us, we will then provide you a contract that states the proposed dates and cost estimates. Costs may change based on time of the project. Sometimes it can take less time and sometimes it can take longer. For any additional work, we always discuss with you and wait for approvals. During the project days, we will either work on our own or work alongside you, your choice. Working alongside our team is always welcome and usually provides less hours of work. We are always happy to manage the entire project though! After the project is complete, the final payment is due.
