About
WHAT I LOVE MOST and do best is organizing environments in your home, work space, or business.
Please note, I am currently booked until mid-January 2019 and do not have any weekend availability until April 2019. I begin all projects with a complimentary consultation that takes under an hour, and I work with you in 4-6 hour sessions. My rate is $85/hour.
I have over 15 years of experience organizing homes and business environments for people in NYC and Portland, Oregon. I am solution based and help people find their individual way to get organized and stay organized based on their lifestyle. Getting organized is not a cookie cutter approach. Whether it's space planning, paperwork, garage organization, orchestrating a move, downsizing, or closets; ZeroChaos can help you navigate the turbulent waters of disorder and get you organized.
For Organizational Projects my goal is to help you streamline and set up systems that work and last in YOUR environment. I have the understanding of how people and spaces work together, and the experience to make your space work for you.
For Relocations, I can take over the co-ordination of the move in whatever capacity meets your needs.
Life Management Projects can range from research, travel coordination, appointment setting, errands, and anything else that may need tending to and attention.

Devon made such a huge difference in our house. We had just moved in and were feeling a bit overwhelmed. She provided excellent organizational ideas and gave us so many resources to pull from. I am having her come back soon for my craft room. Thank you!

Devon is very knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. She got my kitchen and kids playrooms organized which allowed me to utilize the spaces more efficiently and with less stress. The best part was she repurposed some space in my kids playroom for their desks so that my husband could now use the niche in our upstairs hallway for his home office.

Devon is great to work with! I consider myself pretty organized but knew that I wanted to try something different and needed to get my kitchen "market ready" as I am putting my house up for sale. I couldn't be happier with the decision. She helped me make my kitchen even more functional and also helped it look more "staged" for buyers. She was on time, has great communication and truly was a joy to tackle my problem spaces with! I learned that even an organized person can use some fresh views and now I have new ideas for other areas of my house. I highly recommended Devon!

Devon has been more helpful then I could have imagined. I had no way to realize a solution to my paper pile issues. She made it fun, easy and manageable. We are still tackling the process....but I can totally imagine keeping her on for more of my organization needs...She is very comfortable and easy to work with- I feel like she really wants to help!

Devon does a great initial consult to size the project. Then, when she arrives to do the work, she gets right down to work, rolls up her sleeves and works right along side of you. She has resources to help you get items to Goodwill or the dump which is a great relief and makes things simple. I love working with her!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ZeroChaos charges by the hour for home organizing, events, and life management projects. I work in 4-6 hour sessions and my rate is $85/hour.
Every project differs in scope and complexity, so estimating the precise amount of time required to complete a specific project is challenging. Though I will ALWAYS make the effort to provide the most complete service in the least amount of time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin with a 1-hour complimentary consultation so I can see the project and they can determine if they would like to hire me. Then we schedule some time and bust a move!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no formal training programs or licensing necessary to be a Professional Organizer, other than the love of neatness and order. My career in advertising producing multiple photo shoots and over seeing the components of each job are what refined and developed my skills as an organizer.
