One way that I do this is through accountability groups. A private Facebook group is used to check in daily for meal plans and workout assignments and communicate and encourage with other members of the group. Everyone's goals are different, but I want to help you reach your full potential. If you are interested, please email me a brief summary of your goals, and I will work with your specific needs to help set meal plans and a fitness routine to fit your lifestyle. I offer private coaching as well that includes personal training.
Also, of course, if dance is your thing, then I can take on private lessons for ballet or contemporary. I can and have worked with every age group, including beginning adults and pre-professional teenagers. I can definitely help out any dancer wanting to take his/her dancing to the next level and share secrets into my daily warm up, which has changed my dancing tenfold.
I have clients of all fitness levels; young and old. I adore getting to know each one as they grow and evolve into the best version of themselves.
