Unqualified recommendation of Laura! I started using Laura as my trainer two years following back surgery. I had gained 20 pounds and was out of shape due to inactivity ( concerned and uncertain about which activities would and would not aggravate my back). As a result of my workouts and change in my diet I have lost 25 pounds and , more importantly, I am in the best overall condition I have been in since I was much younger. Laura focuses on overall conditioning, including strength, core, cardio flexibility and balance. She is a great listener and never pushes me to places she thinks may be detrimental or cause or aggravate my previous lingering injuries. Also just a wonderful, caring person which is important since you are one on one with your trainer for 50 minutes or more each session.
