I have been a personal trainer and certified nutritionist for 6 years now. I specialize in weight loss and movement though I do it all. No matter what the goal is, I'll educate, support and help you conquer it. I'm passionate about what I do, I love helping people finally get their dream body whatever that may be. I do function mostly online but if you're local I'd be happy to train in person. You'd get 100% customized workout and nutrition plans that get updated as needed to keep you progressing, each week I have my clients submit a check in that involves new measurements/progress pictures/written update and weight log. All data that helps me do my job better. note: I do monthly packages sitting between $200-$280/month. I prefer not to be paid session by session however it can be an option as we sit down and fill out our agreement and contract. per session you can expect $70-80/session. Personal training is a commitment and should be treated as such. My focus is on holistic health, so we look at every aspect of your life and see the best way to navigate and change for the better. I do not give you quick fixes. Remember, health and fitness is an investment not a short journey.

I came to her originally for diastasis recti and core strengthening, which she completely fixed! She was so knowledgeable, kind and a total support system. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond for me, I'll never go to another trainer.

I worked with Emily for 2 months. It is was the best condition I have ever been in my life. Her program returned my severely broken leg to normal. She is not a physical therapist, but the routine worked better than I could have dreamed. Emily can push you to your limits or maintain a gradual balance so you want to come back every day. It was hard but I loved it.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    You will be sent a form to complete that includes pertinent information and questions that will help me see what work I'll need to do. From there you will be sent a welcome package that includes a contract that will need to be completed before I do any work for you. We can set up a meeting or a video call to further discuss things and set up a game plan. Before that said call or meeting, payment will need to be received by me, preferably at the same time the contract is completed and sent back to me.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I hold a bachelors of science degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition as well as a Corrective Exercise Certificate, Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. Currently working on my pre and post natal certification.
