- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer full one hour sessions or half hour sessions for a reduced rate. Adding on a second individual is only 10$ making this option affordable and fun.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I email with the prospective client. We discuss goals and current level of fitness. When ready I like to meet and put the client through a discounted moderate workout so they can see if we are a good fit before committing to sessions
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPR Certified, First Aid and AED, NASM certified Personal Trainer since 2008 with Nutrition Specialist. Group class certified, Kettlebell courses taken and multiple CE courses every year to continuously educate myself in chosen career.
