First and foremost, if you have an opportunity to meet Taylor, you’re already winning. If you chose her as your health and fitness coach, you’ve made one of the best decisions of your life. Once I chose to invest in my health and fitness journey, I knew I needed a coach. Joining the Empowerment Healing Program with Taylor as my coach, set a great foundation for me. The best way to start 2021 and really set me up for success to continue a healthy lifestyle even after the 12 weeks. The program was nothing I’d ever done before. The EHP program emphasized on exercise and diet but also identifying our core values, how to eliminate limiting beliefs, shadow work and giving ourselves permission. Taylor as a coach was so well balanced with sharing her time with all of us in the program. I especially loved our 1:1 calls and the card readings. Taylor, thank you for all your love, patience, passion for helping others. Your program and overall energy has helped me create healthy rituals. I’m forever grateful for that. I want to do the 12 weeks all over again.

Taylor wrote up a 6-week workout plan that could easily be modified to increase intensity or duration so that it would last much longer than 6 weeks - already a great value! The workout plan was completely custom; I chose the number of days I wanted to work out, the types of activities I wanted to do, and if I liked one activity more than another that engaged the body similarly, she made sure to include the one I like more. During that 6 weeks I lost 15 pounds (without changing my diet), I gained noticeable strength, endurance, and flexibility, and I had fun doing it. I injured my knee during that 6 weeks and Taylor was prompt in changing my workout plans to be easier on my knee and included physical therapy exercises to improve it’s strength and prevent re-injury. I had one minor setback in my healing process, unrelated to my workouts, but my knee is now fine with no ongoing issues. In fact, I think it’s better than it was before it was injured! Above all this, Taylor’s plans and weekly check-in calls helped build confidence and gave me something to be proud of for the first time in many years. Highly recommend!!

Taylor is such a motivational and inspiring coach. She helped me not only in my physical pursuits but also with my mental health management(which I honestly wasn't excepting). I originally went into her program thinking that I would learn how to work out properly and lose some weight but what I got out of it was so much more. I have developed new life habits that have completely changed the game for me. I have never been one to invest in my health and hire a coach. I was one of those people that thought health/fitness/life coaches were for rich people and I'll just have to figure it out on my own. Taylor is the only person that has ever made me feel comfortable and confident enough to actually invest in my physical and mental health. Forever grateful for this woman here!

Taylor is seriously the most passionate coach regarding fitness and holistic health I’ve ever known and had the pleasure of learning from. Her teaching style is straight forward and all inclusive. She knows how to substitute all her exercises for people with physical ailments. She also keeps you super hyped throughout her workouts and always motivates to push yourself. She truly cares about every single person she coaches.
