About Me I specialize in in-home and mobile personal training for adults and older clients who want to get stronger, move better, and stay independent as they age. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve helped clients safely improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence—without intimidating workouts or unnecessary strain. Training in your home removes barriers like crowded gyms, travel time, and discomfort. I bring the equipment, create a customized plan, and tailor every session to your body, goals, and any injuries or limitations. My focus is on real-world strength, joint health, fall prevention, and long-term results—not quick fixes. Many of my clients are returning to exercise after time off, managing chronic aches, or simply want to feel capable and confident in daily life again. Sessions are structured, safe, and progressive, with clear communication and accountability every step of the way. If you’re looking for an experienced trainer who understands longevity, safety, and consistency—and who comes to you—I’d be happy to help. What to Expect in Your Free First Session Your first session is free and focused on understanding your body, goals, and movement—not pushing you through a hard workout. During this session, we’ll: • Discuss your goals, health history, injuries, and any concerns • Assess basic movement, balance, mobility, and strength • Identify areas that need support to reduce pain and prevent injury • Talk through a realistic plan tailored to your home, schedule, and abilities • Answer any questions so you know exactly what training will look like moving forward There’s no pressure and no obligation. The goal is to make sure the training approach is a good fit and that you feel comfortable, confident, and informed before getting started. Ben did a 100% great job helping me get in better shape! He watched me closely, and chose appropriate exercises to get me stronger without injury. I’m 58, so my body has started to weaken with age and from lots of sitting. Working with Ben has proven that there is hope! I certainly enjoy feeling better and stronger!

We are so grateful that we connected with Ben. He is exactly the type of trainer we needed. He is thoughtful and intentional about the work out plans, he is agile enough to adjust the routine in the moment if we say something is too sore to workout, and he pushes us to do more than we think we can to acheive results without overworking the body. The daily routines are a balance of consistent exercises that we can learn to do on our own, coupled with variety in the locations for workouts and different routines. That helps maintain our interest and motivation. Ben also makes great recommendations about diet and food choices. He is a genuinely nice guy to know, and we highly recommend him.

Working with Ben to build greater strength and fitness has been an incredibly positive experience. My husband and I have been trying to get healthier for the past year or so but mainly focusing on cardio/weight loss and not resistance/muscle training. Ben was very knowledgeable and helpful for our first real workout! He pushed us hard enough that we are definitely going to be sore but understood our limitations. He was also incredibly kind and patient answering all our questions. Highly recommend!!
