Amy is a fantastic personaltrainer. She listens to your goals, supports you at every step and encourages you to push yourself. The workouts are hard and I feel great afterward. Amy is very kind, she is able to hold space for whatever emotions come up during the workout without ever projecting judgment. If you’re looking for a partner on your fitness journey, look no further!

Amy helped me get past some long standing blocks about exercise and tailored a routine that worked even with my limitations. She’s great.

I had trained with Amy for almost 18 months. In that time, not only had she helped me lose almost 50lbs, she also helped assess and fix some lower back issues that I was having by building a targeted stretching and exercise routine.
I absolutely loved working with Amy and would do so again in a heartbeat.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for new clients begins with an initial complementary consultation at our facility. During this time the client is asked to identify their current goals and discuss prior health and fitness challenges and successes. The client is then guided through a series of physical assessments to identify their current level of fitness. From this assessment a recommendation is then given regarding frequency and type of training program necessary to achieve the clients goals while fitting their schedule and budget.
