FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning about photography. I believe that there is always something to learn no matter how experienced you are. There is always new processes and technologies coming out that a photographer needs to stay on top of in order to provide the absolute best service. However some of the oldest processes and techniques still prove to be the best. That is way it is important to keep learning about the past and anticipating the future.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I most commonly shoot weddings and engagements.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I think the most important quality in a photographer is charisma and eagerness. Let's be honest there are a million great photographers out there, but to find one that is genuinely excited to about shooting your family or event is priceless. When my wife and I were looking for a photographer for our wedding we were so close to going with one very great but very popular photographer. When we had our final meeting with him he acted like our wedding was nothing special; that instantly turned us off to him. We ended up going with a photographer who was much less experienced, yet talented, and was very excited to shoot our wedding. We love our wedding photos and wouldn't want to change a thing about them.
