- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive and are already as low as I can afford to make them, so there is absolutely no discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out exactly what my customer wants from their photo booth, themes logos, color, etc. Get their info send an invoice for a $100 retainer that is subtracted from their total price, put them on the schedule, there event date and time are now secured. I always show up at least a half hour early to set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Swade has graduated with a university level photography and art majors from Montana State University, one of the premier photography universities in the United States. He has worked with many professionals in glamour and commercial photography. He has also accumulated much experience over the years working with families and professionals.
