Ricky came to check my water hammer issue and found the problem. We couldn’t reproduce the noise at first, but he is patient enough to wait 20 min in crawl space to let the pipe cool down. Thanks to him we found the problem. I will update the review when job is done.

We have not started our plumbing project with any vendor yet, as we are still getting quotes to compare pricing, but Ryan came out to do our initial inspection in order to provide us with an estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgable about what we would need done, and we received the estimate in a timely manner. I will update this review after the service, if we decide to move forward with 1-800-plumber.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send a licensed and insured Journeyman Plumber to a customers home to provide an estimate before we do any work. For smaller jobs we will complete while we are there if the customer is ready. If it is a larger job we will email the estimate to the customer in a day or two. The customer can then schedule the job by contacting us or accepting the estimate. We will communicate with the customer from beginning until the end of the job.
