- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer one simple collection for ALL portraiture (family, couples, individuals, graduating seniors, maternity, creative small business, head shots) that is $495. This includes complimentary proof prints and low-res photos for web sharing. High res images, enlargement prints, framing and/or albums must be purchased separately. I offer three different wedding collections that all include fully edited high-res images in the price. Wedding begin at $3000 for 5 hours of coverage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Set up a consultation : This can be through in person or on the phone (whatever you prefer). I can answer any and all questions during this time and you'll have access to our helpful catalog for pricing and FAQ's. No deposits are required for basic portraits, but the full balance must be paid anytime before your photos are delivered. For weddings a 10% retainer is required to book, with the full balance due 7 days before the wedding. Payments can be made via Paypal with an online invoice sent to you via email, by check (drop it in person or mail it) or via Venmo (a payment app) if requested by you.
