- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices vary largely on sizing(I know it seems like a no brainers, but its missed constantly). Its tough to give a price just off of the very minimum information that ThumbTack gives through the opportunity tab. It's much easier to actually talk about the area and give a price that way 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I personally like meeting with the customer, but I understand that many people dont have that sort of time. So what I do is introduce myself and my work, then I give a remote rough quote. If price is agreed upon, we come out and do the work! It's just as simple as that! 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been doing this for about 3 years on my own driveway and friends/family. They have always loved it and then it took off from there. I also recently took a training with a local company to solidify my skills.
