Deck Staining and Sealing
Rich was awesome! My deck was in need of a lot of help! He gave me options and an education! I’ve already referred him to friends! My deck looks like new!

Deck Staining and Sealing
Rich responded quickly, started work promptly. He sanded and stained my deck nicely and washed my whole front porch and driveway for a good deal. Very nice and professional.

Deck Staining and Sealing
Wonderful job! He did the job for about half the cost of the other companies quotes. He always responded quickly and he was here when he said he would be. We’ll have him do our other deck next year! Highly recommend!

Pressure Washing
Richard was excellent to work with - when I had an unexpected development come up, he was flexible with scheduling the job. He was quite responsive when we had to adjust the schedule. And I was quite pleased with the deck cleaning and staining. All around excellent work. Highly recommended.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Because we price competitively we aim to make you feel comfortable with the pricetag of our service. Our pricing varies based on the condition of the surface and the material it's made of. Concrete, roofs and siding come in many different variations. We keep these things in mind while we price the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We like to meet our customers do you know who will be working on your expensive investment. After we send our quote, we typically follow up to see if you have questions or comments. If all things check out we can schedule the cleaning with the customer. Before and after pictures are taken to show the difference in our cleaning process. The customer does.not have to be home for our cleaning to begin...and in case they are not, we send progress pics of the ongoing transformation of their property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Years of working for my family doing prep on our apartment complexes as well as houses my dad was flipping. Recent however, most of our training comes from best practices handed down by ARMA - Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association. There's a right way to clean things. Low pressure and right method wins every time.
