- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge a monthly service fee. I only charge when we have to do actual work. We also can have the rent money go directly to the property owner, so you get paid faster.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the owner and see the property, so I can get an understanding of the plans and goals the owner has for the property. From there I'm able to craft a plan forward which matches the needs of the owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Human Resources, as well over 20 years working in the HR field, this work is very similar to property management. In that both are based on dealing with people and their behaviors. I'm also a general contractor. So no issues are too big for me or my team to overcome.
