- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer a transparent and flexible model to property management. Owners will find our prices to be very competitive, because we allow them to control the decisions and financials. We've found that this provides a lot higher customer satisfaction, since there are no surprises to owners. Leasing is an add-on, where we can cater a package and price specific for your needs. Most owners love the flat rate package, where we offer showings and a move in inspection at a flat rate. If you are very price conscious, ask about the software-only package. It provides all of the tools and resources at a much more affordable price. At any time, you can upgrade.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We always start with a phone call to make sure that we're the correct solution for you. Our customer-first centric model makes it where we do not want to take customers who will not benefit tremendously from our services. Then, we'll schedule a time to come view your rental. The technology keeps you at ease, as there is continuous communication on next steps and recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." Customers should be educated on why certain property management processes are put in place and how to mitigate risk. We educate every owner on how to be the best at property management.
