All our pricing is listed on our website. We also offer custom pricing. Give us a call to discuss your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a brief phone call to determine if we are are good match for your property management needs. We then plan a walkthrough of the property and provide a detailed rental assessment report. If everything looks good we move forward with an agreement that satisfices the clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been real estate investors for the past 10 years and have deep understanding of preserving value.
