With Streetwise Property Management you deal directly with the owner and office manager, no one else! I love that everything is straightforward and professional; they handle everything including 100% of repairs leaving the owner with nothing to do but receive timely monthly payments with simple & coherent monthly statements. They are always available for questions, even during holidays, and go the extra mile to make sure tenants and owners are happy & satisfied. I will be sticking with them for the duration of all my rentals and recommending them to anyone looking to rent from or to manage their rental investment properties.

Chris has been great to work with. He did a great job of explaining his teams services and the relationships he tries to build with both the owners and the tenants. His communication has been timely and to the point. So far, it has been great working with Streetwise. If you are looking for a property management company, I would definitely recommend giving Chris a call.
