- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We run a pay less and get more model. We charge a max. of 4% commission to sell but pay a lot more than anyone we are aware of to market your home aggressively online. We pay extra to the top real estate portals for either better branding, featured spots, or both. Due to our aggressive marketing, we typically sell our homes in half the time vs. the local average. Of course, if you are looking for a buyer's agent and not thinking of selling your home - that is "free" to you. Typically the buyer never pays the buyer's agent, the seller pays both agents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are looking to sell your home, we'd love to set up a time to meet with you at your property. No obligation, no pressure, we'd simply like to tour the home and meet together to see if we are a good match for you. If you are looking for a buyer's agent, we'd love to meet with you at one of our offices spread across the greater Portland metro.
