Whitney is darling! She met with me on time which is important to me. She was able to see through all the stacks of moving boxes to what my home had to offer. She took her time, was thorough and gave me much needed information on selling my home. During the process she guided me with her experience in which offers to accept. I felt like she really cared about me and in selling my home for the right price. She was always accessible when I had concerns and questions. I must admit I have had a rather poor opinion of realtors in the past but working with Whitney has changed that. Wouldn’t it be great if everyone buying and selling could have Whitney are their team? I count myself very fortunate. She’s awesome!!!

When I decided to sell my home, Whitney came over and spent some time listening to what I had to say about my home and all the up-dates I made to it, even with the Covid restrictions in place. She started out being very respectful of my space, which made a great impression on me. She explained all of the Redfin business model and approaches to selling my home. (On a couple of items she had to explain more than once) She kept me up on what we would be doing next and what I needed to do to stay the course. This was very organized. I learned to appreciate her professionalism and her calm demeanor.

She priced it well and helped us through all the bumps along the way with the buyers. I would definitely recommend Whitney! We had a great experience selling our home with Whitney and the Redfin team. Preparing to sell we were apprehensive about the market during COVID-19 (and having strangers through the house) and the service we would receive from Redfin for only 1.5%. Whitney put these fears to rest and did a great job coordinating the sale of our home. She was always professional and easily reachable via text, email and phone. Overall it was a painless process and we look forward to using a Redfin buyers agent in the near future!
