- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't price by square footage. I try to be fair with everyone, I've done jobs way cheaper then normal just because it was someone that really needed it and didnt have much income. I can look at a house and see how much work it will require, I price based on how many storys the home is and how much needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on the customer, everyone is different. I like to come out to the property that requires maintenance and look it over with the customer. communicating with them allowing them to express their needs and what they want done. Then I will expain the process to them of how Im going to get it done. If they are satisfied with that I will schedule a time that suits us both and my crew and I will get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training and education from LeafFilter. The training process was long teaching me to clean gutters and realign them safely and properly. My best training and education has come from experience at this point. I've been doing this long enough now to know how to do it right, efficiently, and safe.
