- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most prices listed are a base price. With the more square footage the price will increase and for roofs the steeper and mossier they are the time we will need to be there will increase along with the price. Tile or stone roofs always cost more than asphalt shingles…(about 25%) as they are much more difficult to work on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing the scope of the project, what details the would like to go over such as the process from start to finish, safety precautions taken, and lastly quote/estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA fall prevention and ladder safety certificates.
