Our pricing is clear and transparent—no hidden fees or surprise charges. Every estimate is detailed so you know exactly what’s included in labor and materials before work begins. We may require a deposit to secure materials and scheduling, and we occasionally offer seasonal or bundled project discounts. All work is done in-house, so there are no subcontractor markups.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an on-site walkthrough to assess the project and understand your goals. After that, we provide a detailed written estimate outlining materials, labor, timeline, and warranty. Once approved, we collect a deposit to secure materials and schedule the project. All work is completed in-house by our team, and we keep you updated throughout the process. After completion, we do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations and our standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on trade experience in roofing, decking, and fencing, along with ongoing industry training to stay current with best practices, safety standards, and local building codes. We’ve developed our skills through years of field experience, manufacturer guidelines, and continuous learning to ensure every project is built to last.
