The site asks for a review of my overall experience - I didn't work with Urban Hammer because he didn't contact/call me back. I ended up messaging and leaving a voicemail, and decided he wasn't interested in my project after he replied with a message to call him later. My roof is relatively simple so the project would be <$10k. Looking at the examples on his site, he's likely accustomed to larger projects. Looking at the other reviews, it looks like he does a wonderful job if you can pique interest. I'm frustrated with the lack of response but I can understand.

Justin Evans was a true professional. He answered my many questions accurately and quickly. He followed up on all of my requests. The pricing was very fair and competitive. The workers on the job were very polite and friendly. After examining the completed job (including going into to the attic to inspect) I was very satisfied with the workmanship.

Their crew was very experienced, friendly and respective of our home, dogs and property. Your system won't let me upload a photo. We are very pleased with how it looks.

Response time above par. Roofing crew quiet & responsive. Good teamwork noted. No hesitation to get job done in timely manner. Safety equipment in place and used for all tasks. Cleanup during all phases of project very good. Problem? Debris in garage unanticipated. No worries quick call to Justin. Justin secured shop vac for crew to use. Garage left better than before. All team worked to clean debris.

Justin and his crew did a great job. Justin kept me updated daily and they were true to their bid. We will use Urban Hammer in the future for gutters and windows.
