FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a roofing contractor, we do not claim to offer the most economical services in the market. However, it is imperative to note that opting for the lowest bid may not always be the most prudent decision. Our pricing strategy adheres to the industry standards, which enables us to sustain our business operations and provide superior quality roof installations. It is crucial to allocate sufficient funds for the project to ensure its proper execution and account for any unforeseen challenges that may arise during the removal process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customary procedure involves conducting a thorough examination of the roof and attic, followed by an on-site evaluation to discuss various alternatives, materials, installations, procedures, and any issues identified during the inspection that may require rectification.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified journeyman roofer affiliated with the Local 49 Roofers and Waterproofing Union in Portland, Oregon. With a tenure of 14 years in the Union, I have successfully completed a rigorous 4-year apprenticeship program. I possess a journeyman's card, an OSHA 30 card, and have received comprehensive training in all aspects of roofing, including CPR certification.
