Before he started connecting anything, Dima checked to make sure our Wi-Fi signal actually reached all of the camera locations. As it turned out, two of the cameras were too far away to get a reliable signal. Rather than just connecting what he could and calling it good, he sat down with us and explained several options for improving our coverage. What we appreciated most was that Dima advised us the same way he'd advise his own parents. He wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. Instead, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option and helped us choose the solution that made the most sense for our home and budget. After talking it through, we decided to upgrade to a mesh Wi-Fi system with a few hubs placed around the house. What a difference! Not only are all of our cameras working perfectly now, but the Wi-Fi throughout the house is better than it's ever been.
