- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$95/hr with 2 hour minimum for 2 movers and equipment. All moves have a one time $45 service fee for PPE, fuel and travel within 5 miles of the downtown Portland metro area. Additional distances are subject to fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a series of questions that provide us with information to execute the move. We always ask the customer how else we may help them and if they are fully informed and comfortable with the process. We also point them to our 5 star service rating on Thumbtack and all over the internet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew leads have decades of experience and assure that every move is completed up to our highest standards of customer service.
