I love breathing new life into these wonderful machines. If keys are stuck or somethings off, there’s always a reason and I’ll make it work a little better by the time I’m done. If the repair is more involved than you bargained for, I’ll diagnose and we’ll talk through options and agree on the most cost‑effective solution that’s still done the right way. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Low-End. Peter examined my family's piano, tuned it meticulously and well, and gave us tips on its future care, based on what he'd seen inside. It's a venerable instrument, deserving respect, and I especially appreciate that Peter treated it gently and understood its personality. Highly recommended.

Peter is highly experienced with pianos. I would trust him to work on anything in my home, he is excellent at working with his hands and analysing problems. Add to that that he's a conscience and caring worker.

We have an older Steinway that my brother plays when he is in town. We called Peter not knowing anything about him. He gave us references that checked out so we scheduled. Peter arrived on time and explained in detail what work
would be performed. He thought the piano was in good condition but did point out one issue that we should consider repairing. When my brother arrived he was very satisfied with the sound and we certainly agreed. We are happy we found Peter and will call him again!

He was here for three hours cleaning and tuning.
