Life Coaching for Women Ready for Deeper Change: Heal the story held in your body. I work with women who feel stuck in patterns that talking alone hasn’t resolved. This is not traditional life coaching focused on goals or surface-level change. My work is somatic and depth-oriented, meaning we listen to the body, slow down, and gently work with what’s beneath the surface. Many clients come to me after trying therapy or other approaches and sensing there is something deeper needing to shift. Sessions support real, lasting change—not by fixing or forcing, but by working at the root of the patterns themselves. There are so many counselors, healers, therapists, lifestyle gurus and professional advice-givers out there that it's easy to feel overwhelmed by all the choices. As a mother of three, I've spent who knows how much time and money looking for effective support for my family's health, only to find superficial, time consuming programs that may produce short-lived results (that require constant re-upping to maintain any effectiveness), but never really get to the heart of what we need. Krista created my website and clarified and distilled my business and website offerings. I could not do this as I was too close to it to objectively see it. We worked together so that my website was authentically me and marketable. Who knew my quirky amalgam of life and expertise had some gold running through it. She was able to find that.
