- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand the need for flexibility as our couples may have varying ideas on what they would like in terms of photography and video for their wedding. We offer a wide variety of pricing and package options to suit your needs. We also have several payment plans that are available to better suit your budget and planning process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have several meetings during your planning process. The first of which we use to talk about our package and pricing option and get to know you guys and what you're all about and of course introduce ourselves as well and our vision for your big day. We will keep in touch with you throughout your planning process and answer any questions you may have. About two months before the wedding we will have a second meeting or Skype call to finalize the details, go our our process and make sure we are all prepared for your big day. We capture the best photos and video when we really get to know our couples.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We do film and photography because we are simply in love with capturing moments and telling stories. When you watch back your wedding film or go through the photographs of your wedding, we want our work to move you - that in itself is the greatest compliment.
