As a thirty-year-old with a newfound desire to play the violin, I was looking for a teacher with a sense of humor and LOTS of patience. Regina is exactly what I was searching for. She is the most encouraging person I’ve ever known, and rejoices over the tiniest achievements. Her enthusiasm is motivating, and she skillfully and creatively fields my dozens of questions at each lesson. Regina has contagious joy and a clear passion for teaching and music and is generous with her time and knowledge. Although Zoom lessons have presented unique challenges, Regina has a gift for explaining things descriptively, so the lessons are equally thorough. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an inspiring, perceptive, and collaborative teacher.

My daughter was ready to give up on violin when she switched over to Regina for a teacher. Regina brought back the love of music for her. Every lesson my daughter would skip home form happiness. I highly recommend her.

Regina taught our daughter to play the violin for many years. More than that, she taught her how to face challenges that she thought beyond her, whether it was a particular piece for the violin or a fingering technique or a composition. I will never forget Regina's introducing my daughter at her performance in Carnegie Hall of a composition by Elizabeth she oversaw with love and care.

Regina Sadowski is a one of a kind teacher who openly shares her talent, dedication, humanity, humility, and quirky sense of humor with her students. She was my son’s first violin teacher at age 6 in NYC, recognizing and nurturing his talent while introducing him to experimentation, improvisation, and composition. She is extremely professional with a fun and positive attitude that helped him develop what has become a lifelong love of the violin. He now attends the New England Conservatory as a jazz violin performance major. She is one of a kind!

She is an awesome teacher-talented, patient, caring and able to fully share her abilities with her students and engage them in the lessons. The best!
