William installed my wallpaper and was very careless. The cuts are uneven and patterns don’t match up. There were multiple wrinkles in the paper and even after he came back to fix them there are still wrinkles. He broke and damaged multiple items in the bathroom he was working in and didn’t take the time to clean up the glass, he left wallpaper glue all over the place and he splattered primer on my new tile and it stained the grout. I’m over $500 in costs to replace the items he damaged and the wallpaper doesn’t look right in many spots. I’m dealing with his liability insurance company and Thumbtack and so far no one will commit to paying for the damages. I’m terribly disappointed and upset.
