William did a fantastic job! I asked him to hang wallpaper on a bathroom ceiling, it was a tight space and a tricky job. He did it perfectly! I couldn’t be happier!

Overall, I had a good experience with William. He's polite and professional. He was pretty responsive when trying to book the job. The quality of the work is good. He seemed knowledgeable. The one star off is for: 1) There is paste residue on the walls that weren't wallpapered. It's not a big deal because I'm assuming I can just wash it off, but it is annoying. Also, the right edge of one of the side panels is lifting. Again, it's not a big deal, just annoying. I paid $180, so I expected a better final product. 2) One of the three panels is slightly off but not too noticeable. 3) The biggest irk I have, and it's a general pet peeve, is that I feel like he low balled the estimate in order to get the job and then asked for a higher price at the end. His reasoning for asking $200 instead of $150 was because he thought it would be a quick job, and it took him 3 hours. But I gave him measurements of the wall and multiple pictures of the wall, including the overall layout of the wall, the wall texture, and the wallpaper. I don't know how the estimate read off by that much. Again, the overall experience and the final product were good.
