Justin responded quickly to our request for help with our water feature. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered necessary supplies, set up a time to install the parts, and followed through with the job. Since we were out of town during the repair, he took videos and photos of his work and sent them to us. We were so pleased with Justin’s work that we hired home to do regular maintenance on our water feature. We highly recommend him to others!

The Water Feature Pros were awesome! I moved into my new home in Oct/Nov 2017, and didn't pay one bit of attention to the water feature in my backyard. Then one day I heard the frogs and realized I didn't have a pond out back but a swamp. I did a quick search and by chance ended up on Thumbtack. Tim responded quickly to my quote request. I sent him a picture of the pond and he gave me a quote right then. I know the season for cleaning up, maintaining, or installing water features is upon us, so I was lucky they were able to schedules me just a few days later. It took Tim and Justin two trips to turn my swamp into a pond. The maintenance required of my water feature was definitely more than they anticipated. I learned there were holes in the lining of pond, and water had seeped below the lining. They emptied and cleaned the pond as much as the holes in the lining allowed. We hoped that it would drain or dry out before they came back to complete the project. But this is Portland and it rains a lot, so the pond filled back up, within a couple of days. The second trip (today) they drained the pond again, dried out the area under the lining, patched the holes, cleaned out the filtration system, cleaned out the recycled water drums, refilled the pond, and ensured that the water lines feeding the waterfall were properly placed. They've done amazing work and I am very happy with the outcome. They taught me how to turn on the water feature, clean out the debris catching bin, and gave me great tips on how to maintain the pond between maintenance services. They were very professional, kind, patient, and hardworking. BONUS! They are good-looking guys. ;D **In the pictures, don't mind the area around the pond...it is a work in progress.

I’m so pleased to have found Jon Escapes to repair my water feature. Jon went above and beyond my expectations for the work. My feature has a waterfall and large pool at the bottom and is full of rocks. He took out all of the rocks and cleaned them all! He arranged the larger lava rocks for a smoother look. I was especially appreciative of his explanations to me of all of my options, and he made repairs to the pump that were needed. I will definitely use him again.

Needed a pump replaced on a small water feature. It wasn't terribly complicated but digging out, cutting and splicing pump lines from under a mountain of rocks is a not my idea of fun. After a short visit to check it out, Tim was back a few days later with a new pump that he popped in with ease. $99 and the price of the pump (which wasn't crazy marked up) was much less than I expected and worth every penny. Excellent work and easy to work with. I'll be having him back out renovate a bigger pond in the back next.
