Beware of the poor communication, over billing and lack of follow through. The plumbing repair was done great. The plumber was great. However the person I spoke to on the phone was not clear that the cost of showing up at your door was 499$. The plumber showed up and walked in and immediately said before he could do anything I had to agree to 400$ more and if I decided not to go forward I still had to pay the 499$. At that point you are forced to pay or loose that money. When finished, I asked the plumber for an itemized bill and report. He said the company would get that to me. Two weeks later I still don’t have the itemized bill. HOWEVER, when I look at my credit card statement I was charged 499$ + 899$ or 1300$. Beware and be very careful with communication from this company. This was for 1 hr on site.
