FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing straightforward and transparent. Most of our services are offered as predictable monthly plans (managed WordPress hosting, maintenance/security, performance, managed email accounts, and transactional email delivery), and we clearly outline what’s included before we start. If there are any third-party costs, like premium plugin licenses or paid subscriptions, we’ll flag those up front so you’re never surprised. For one-time projects or custom work, we scope the work first and then quote based on complexity and timelines rather than adding hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short discovery conversation to understand your goals, pain points, and what “success” looks like for your website or systems. Then we perform an audit of your current setup (WordPress, hosting, performance, security, forms, email deliverability, and any CRM/Zoho integrations). Based on that, we propose a clear plan and prioritize changes that reduce risk and deliver quick wins. We implement updates carefully, often using a staging workflow when appropriate, then verify key functionality (forms, checkout, tracking, email flows) before and after launch. Once things are stable, we move into an ongoing support and management cadence so your site and connected systems stay healthy and improving over time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work is grounded in hands-on, real-world specialization in WordPress hosting, performance optimization, maintenance/security, and business systems implementation, especially WordPress and Zoho working together. We also maintain internal documentation and repeatable processes so projects are consistent and reliable, and we stay current on best practices across performance, security, deliverability, and automation so clients benefit from improvements over time rather than one-off fixes.
