Thewisehippie Yoga

Hello future or current yogis, 🌞 I have been practicing and started teaching at 19. Originally from SoCal , but moved to the beautiful PNW in 2019 and got my 200hr Yoga training which later transferred to getting my LLC in 2023 called thewisehippieLLC. My teaching style is always a gentle style flow with light strengthening. My classes are perfect for beginners or intermediate yogis. I can host at my Apartment Gym or I have reliable transportation and I can come to you! I was/ still on my healing journey and I feel this is the best time to teach! I usually play music during my sessions to create the most flow with artistic feeling and movement for the body. My goal is to dive deep into trauma informed healing and somatic yoga exercises. I am not a therapist or a doctor and you should always consult your doctor before doing anything you are uninformed about. With that being said, I am excited to celebrate this journey with you and start something new and beautiful in 2026. I truly believe health is wealth!
