Introduction: Welcome an all level yin yoga class to reduce stress during or after your busy day, suitable for beginners and experienced yogis. We will travel at your place of convenience; office, community center, events and conferences. I am also hosting an outdoor class in a contemplative garden setting. I offer reasonable rates for four or more students.
This is a mindful practice that helps promote flexibility and range of motion. It also can benefit overall health and well-being by helping to reduce the effects of daily stress on the body and mind.
