My pricing is straightforward and based on the level of detail your home needs. I offer Standard, Deep Clean, Move-In/Out, and Focused Cleaning options, with add-ons available for specific tasks. All quotes include labor, supplies, and travel within the Central Oregon area. Eco-friendly and unscented products are always available upon request. I understand that pricing can look higher or lower depending on the size of your home, its condition, and your goals. Everything can be adjusted based on your needs. If you only want specific areas done or need a lighter or deeper clean you can choose my Focused Cleaning option, which is explained in detail at havenandhomecentraloregon dot com You can also message me with your particular needs, and I’m happy to manually adjust the estimate so it fits your exact situation. My process is simple and supportive: 1. Quick conversation or message to understand your goals, needs, and priorities. 2. Transparent estimate based on the size of your home and the type of clean you need. 3. Walk-through (optional) for clarity before your first clean. 4. Customized cleaning plan tailored to your lifestyle, sensitivities, and schedule. 5. Consistent communication so you always know what to expect. My goal is to make your home feel lighter, calmer, and truly taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professionally licensed and insured cleaning provider in Central Oregon with specialized experience in residential cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and trauma-informed home care. I’ve completed additional training in hygiene standards, sanitation, neurodivergent-friendly environments, and eco-friendly product use. I also bring a real estate background, which gives me a strong understanding of what buyers, renters, and homeowners look for during showings, inspections, and turnovers. This helps me prepare homes with the small details that truly matter. Alongside that, I have hands-on experience in home staging and interior design, allowing me to not just clean a space but elevate it. I’m skilled at creating warm, welcoming, and balanced environments that photograph beautifully, appeal to buyers, and feel peaceful for homeowners. This combination of cleaning expertise, real estate insight, and design-driven staging helps me provide a detailed, thoughtful service that goes beyond the basics.
