Mark made the effort to reach my home, in spite of the road conditions, to clear my roof of snow. He did a most thorough job and even gave me an appraisal of the condition of my roof. That is most appreciated! He was polite, friendly and professional.

snow on roof was removed but ice dam build up which was part of the deal wasn't.

Don't know what else to say. After the initial contact, via E-mail, no one has called or shown up to assist with the leaking roof. Maybe they do a good job, just did not call or come to the house to help.
