- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always fair honest and upfront I am not a salesman trying to convince you to purchase things you do not need I am there to fix your plumbing and give you the best advice I can. I currently have winter discounts on water heaters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to customers on the phone and see if I can help them through the problem, then I like to make sure the customer actually needs what there calling for IE they call for a new water heater but really all that's needed is a pilot light lit. I want to make sure every costomer gets what they need even if that isn't from me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from 3 generations of plumbers, worked in the commercial field running large and small jobs such as schools and hospitals for 11 years, currently I have been owner and operator of my company that focuses primarily on residential and small commercial for 6 years.
