FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For service work residentially we have a flat rate repair book that we use. We also have a set diagnostic fee of $80. For installations we rarely get beat on price because we maintain a low overhead without sacrificing quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer is usually done on site, whether that’s in their home or at a place of business. I communicate and find out what the customer is wanting and explain to them what I will do and how much it will cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have metalworking training from the military, EPA, CFC, NATE , CSST And brazing certifications. I have also taken a ream maintenance course as well as attending carrier university and Trane sales courses.
