I would definitely recommend Scott and would hire him again! We bought plans online, turned in our permit apps and received a bunch of edits needed from the county. I reached out to him to help with the edits, and he gave me a bid sheet that seemed very fair and a timeline of when he could get the work done in a timely manner. He met the timeline, stayed true to his word for pricing and was very communicative along the way. It was great working with him, and really took a lot of stress off our shoulders feeling like we were in good hands with the edits! The edits were thorough and professional, and you could tell he spent a lot of time researching county codes and making sure everything would be compliant with what the reviewer wanted.

Scott was amazing to work with. He knew how to navigate design with functionality, in a way that I had not considered myself.
