- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to price my services accordingly. I like to work with the client as best as I can. Take inconsideration their budget so that we can agree on things. If I suggest something and it's not financially within their budget, they may have a lil surprise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down & meet, tell them a lil bit about myself, & why I like to do what I do, Then let them ask if they have any questions of me. I them ask about the event. If theirs a budget, what their expectations are for their event. May it be a birthday, wedding, bridal shower, or corporate luncheon., I assure them it will be top notch. Then I give them menu ideas & them a few days to look them over to decide. I'm pretty easy going, flexable, & no pressure.!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned to cook growing up next to my Mother. I have a Latin background so she would make all kinds of stuff from scratch. From fresh homemade salsa's to handmade tortillas., I was always the one in the family to want to put on a grand party, just so I could cook. My best training comes from managing Adult Foster Homes & owning my own. It challenges me on different levels. I would have five clients, five different personalities, five different appetites with five different diets per Dr's orders. So I would cook accordingly and I didn mind so much. I knew it was my passion to cook.
