- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing will be formally submitted to the client to review before proceeding with any scope of work. No guesses, just work simply spelled out. You will confidently understand our scope of work, and we will always detail out expectations to ensure both parties are confident and prepared to move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would begin by meeting to discuss the scope of work desired, and grab a few measurements of the space. We will discuss construction type, door and drawer types, hardware to be used, and finishes. A formal proposal will be delivered within 24 hours. No surprises, no hidden fees. We often use the aid of 3D modeling, in house of course, to ensure we are meeting the expectations for everyone involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having spent two decades in the commercial construction industry, and almost two and a half years with this company, we have tackled small, $1,000 cabinet install projects, all the way up to being part of the key management team for $35m new elementary schools. We have experience in many fields of construction, and expertise in material sourcing, scheduling, phasing, fabrication and installation.
